You’ll lead the strategy for driving demand and retention for ThreeFlow by uncovering data-driven insights to improve product positioning, influence product roadmaps, enhance customer journeys, and manage go-to-market campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll become an expert on our customer needs, market landscape, and product features and champion the customer throughout the organization. This is a collaborative and metrics-focused role for someone who’s passionate about driving impact at an early-stage startup. This role reports to ThreeFlow’s Head of Marketing.

About the role

  • Develop a deep understanding of ThreeFlow’s clients and partners (employee benefits brokers and carriers) and collaborate with cross-functional leads to create and implement high-impact strategies that achieve key business objectives
  • D​rive our product marketing strategy (positioning, value-prop, messaging framework, competitive differentiation, and product launches) in partnership with revenue, product, marketing, and the executive teams
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative insights by talking regularly to customers and working with our user experience and customer-facing teams
  • Work closely with product management and UX to establish market requirements based on customer and market insights ensuring compelling, personalized, and cohesive customer positioning
  • Turn strategy into succinct, engaging content that attracts ideal personas, changes perceptions, accelerates sales cycles, and enables our client experience teams
  • Present both internally and externally (webinars, public events, customer engagements, etc.) to promote our story and products
  • Identify long-term market opportunities based on research, analysis, and a strategic view of the direction of the industry and competitive landscape

About you

  • Extensive experience in B2B product marketing, preferably with SaaS products. Experience in insurtech or employee benefits industry is a plus
  • Experience building and developing teams to assist in the execution of marketing initiatives
  • Highly data-driven with strength in deriving insights from data and research
  • Biased towards action and able to flex between big strategic decisions and building tactical project plans
  • Outstanding written and verbal storytelling skills. Able to translate technical features into clear business benefits
  • Cross-functional experience communicating and maintaining relationships with internal partners
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organization and prioritization skills; comfortable switching gears and moving between projects seamlessly
