As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll identify and influence the most impactful growth levers across the full patient lifecycle. By owning and evolving Hey Jane’s patient acquisition and retention efforts, you’ll lead Hey Jane into its next stage of growth. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing.

About you

    • Growth enthusiast with proven results scaling paid and organic acquisition programs
    • 6+ years of experience managing acquisition funnels across a range of channels and programs
    • Considerable knowledge in paid channel practices, strategies, and tools
    • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with an aptitude for telling stories with data
    • Experience surfacing insights using common business intelligence tools (for example Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Pendo, Metabase)
    • Ability to communicate complex learnings and insights to other stakeholders in simple language
    • Can effectively manage projects and rally cross-functional teams around a common goal
    • A self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively
    • Comfortable in the weeds and at 30K feet — from in-depth CPA analysis to high-level strategy
    • Ability to thrive in a startup environment, adapting and pivoting as needed
    • Passionate about disrupting the status quo of reproductive care and building a future where complete, stigma-free care is available to all

In this role, you will

    • Lead the growth strategy for all Hey Jane products and services
    • Directly manage and scale our marketing channels, implementing optimizations, and paying close attention to customer acquisition costs
    • Develop hypothesis-driven experiment roadmaps to unlock new strategies and channels
    • Own conversion rate optimization, exploring improvements across the full patient funnel
    • Collaborate with product, operations, and brand marketing teams to surface and act on key growth opportunities
    • Build digestible reports that prove results and surface new insights
    • Deeply understand, and communicate key performance drivers
