As enablement manager, you’ll arm our partnerships, sales, and client experience teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to drive revenue and delight clients throughout their journey with ThreeFlow. You’ll create and lead effective programs to support our rapidly growing, distributed teams. This is a collaborative and outcomes-driven role for someone who’s passionate about driving impact at an early-stage startup.

About the role

  • Master ThreeFlow’s product, customer journey, and thoroughly understand our clients and partners
  • Design and deliver onboarding, training, certification, and development programs that scale. Develop performance measures and reporting to demonstrate effectiveness and value
  • Lead ongoing situational learning programs, joining calls and coaching to the use of content, questions, and active listening to improve individual performance and consistency across the team
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across teams and develop plans to address them
  • Partner with marketing to design and develop assets across a variety of mediums, and ensure the field is strategically enabled on the right content at the right times
  • Build out documentation on our sales processes and product knowledge
  • Own the review and selection of our enablement tool set, including sales interaction platforms, content management, and full feature sales enablement platforms

About you

  • Experience working in a fast scaling SaaS sales environment and building an enablement program from the ground up
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, Gong, and learning management systems
  • Familiar with lead and account management best practices, lead assignment, and account segmentation within Salesforce and other systems
  • Creative problem solver that can generate innovative ideas, work collaboratively, and coach a cross-functional team to drive success
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills; able to translate technology features into business benefits
  • Strong project management skills: planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management, training, and plan execution
