We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help bring our company's vision to life.

As the Product Marketing Manager for NE USA, you’ll become our internal subject matter expert on all things product, industry, market, and customer. Your deep understanding of the landscape will be used to inform our go-to-market strategy across our expanding set of solutions for the K-12 education market.

You’ll be part of the amazing (and hard) experience of building something from scratch--working cross functionally, unifying and motivating colleagues from different teams as well as sharing knowledge and enabling our Marketing, Sales and Client Success teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Product positioning and messaging to differentiate NE USA as we work to build a community of raving fans in the crowded K12 education technology space
  • Create go-to-market programs for new product launches, collaborating with cross-functional partners from product, marketing, sales and client success
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target personas, including their jobs to be done, pain points, and how they make buying decisions
  • Become the go-to expert on industry trends and how they impact our customers and our products
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence battle cards and win/loss analysis
  • Facilitate sales enablement sessions and generate internal enablement and prospect facing collateral
  • Support demand generation campaigns and client communications with thought leadership content, persona relevant topics and key messaging points
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends, adoption gaps, and advise GTM planning and execution

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of SaaS product marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of product marketing: GTM strategy & execution; persona & market insights; release support and product adoption; sales enablement; thought leadership Content development; and support for demand generation campaigns
  • A passion for understanding customers and advocating to keep them at the forefront of all initiatives, while simultaneously balancing customer needs with business priorities
  • Able to leverage data analytics to monitor changes in engagement and adoption
  • Curious and always learning
  • Experimental mindset: Try, fail, learn, repeat
  • Excellent communicator with ability to work cross functionally with stakeholders at all levels

 

Preferred:

  • Based in Austin with the ability to come to the office 2-3 days/week (flexible)
  • Product Marketing Certifications (Pragmatic Institute, Sirius Decisions, PMA, etc) preferred
  • Prior experience within a start-up environment
  • Experience with Hubspot (Marketing Automation, CRM, + CMS)
  • Experience in education or EdTech–particularly public K12 schools
