Select Star is a data catalog and discovery platform built for modern enterprises. Our platform automatically catalogs & documents database tables and BI dashboards, providing actionable intelligence for our customers in 24 hrs. With Select Star, you can find out where your data is coming from, which dashboards are built on top of it, who is using the data, and how they are using it.

The Role

We’re looking for an expert growth marketer to help us build a scalable customer acquisition funnel. You’ll be one of the first members of our marketing team and be a key part of growing our business.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive lead generation activities - including strategic planning, A/B testing, optimization, and measurement for different channels, content and creative approaches

  • Create, optimize and analyze automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, search, etc.)

  • Experiment, by developing clear hypotheses, running A/B in-market tests, using data analytics to interpret test results, rolling out test wins, and implementing improvements to drive results

  • Work closely with leadership to set targets, measure, analyze and report the impacts of campaigns.

Who you are:

  • 3-5+ years of experience working in growth or product marketing

  • Excellent understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and tactics, and channel level optimization strategies to build engaging customer journeys with strong outcomeS

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive actionable insights and decision-making for future investments

  • Has taken marketing campaigns from inception to completion, including experimentation and campaign optimization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to operate independently
