What does success look like?

• Creativity & hustle on the never-ending journey of improving customer acquisition and retention (including diving deeper into the funnel), focusing around improving the north star metrics — lessons booked, supply and demand growth
• Actively track the performance of the existing growth loops/channels and working on optimizing them through experimentation
• Unlock and grow new channels through experimentation
• Challenge the status quo in growth and come up with organic growth strategies
• Closely working with the team to come up with techniques that build growth loops, and boost organic acquisition
