Parkade's mission is to reshape cities and combat climate change by creating a world with far less parking. We build software that corporate buildings and apartment complexes use to make parking easier for those parking and those tasked with managing the parking.
We're ready to get Parkade's product into every apartment, condo and office building, and have a small sales team ready to talk to these customers. But to get those customers coming to us — we need you.
We're looking for a multi-talented marketing manager to be the founding member of our marketing team, and work closely with sales to drive leads and brand awareness. This hire will leverage some mix of email, SEM, SEO, events, our website and physical mail (or any other tactics you can muster) to market Parkade to property managers, building owners, condo associations and workplaces.
Generate more leads for our sales organization through your marketing efforts
Own and substantially grow existing growth/marketing efforts through as many of the following channels (or others you suggest!) as you think you’re capable of executing in:
Content marketing/SEO
Product marketing
Our web site
Digital ads/SEM
Create/update case studies
Conferences/Events
Videos
Email campaigns to prospective buildings and real estate firms
Help us decide and implement our marketing stack
Manage product marketing for new product features and improvements
Design and write copy for our marketing collateral
Use data to drive your decisions, track your progress, and report to our founding team on which marketing efforts should expand
Collaborate with your team to revamp the content and structure of our marketing website
Report directly to Evan (co-founder/CEO)
Should have at least 5 years of experience on B2B Marketing and/or Growth teams
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. Comfort with ambiguity and independent decision-making
Significant experience with online and offline marketing tools and channels
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and video
Should be comfortable analyzing data, and using data as a core part of your marketing strategy
Adept with website content management systems (CMSs)
Experience as an early marketing hire at a startup
Smart self-starter who can learn quickly and work effectively with very little direction
Great eye for design, and you can use design tools like Figma and work effectively with outside design help
Adept at Webflow’s content management system
Experience or connections in the residential and/or commercial real estate industry
Interest in, and excitement about, our mission to create a better world, with many fewer parking spaces
$100-140k/yr, plus a sizeable equity stake in the company, depending on experience and location.
