About the Role

As a paid media manager, you will oversee paid campaigns that drive both awareness and consideration for Envoy. Your primary focus will be to develop and deliver a pipeline of qualified leads and MQLs to fuel our hyper-growth business, focusing on leveling up our paid acquisition campaigns across search, social and more. You will also support awareness-driving efforts across audio (podcasts), out of home (OOH), digital and print. You will report to the Director of Demand Generation. This is a senior IC role to start. Over time, you will build a team to manage our awareness and performance campaigns. You will partner intimately with the Product Marketing, Brand Design, and Sales organizations to develop, launch and optimize paid campaigns.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, hands-on paid media marketer to roll up their sleeves to launch creative campaigns to drive awareness that results in exponential customer growth.

This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate will need to be onsite &
able to participate in hybrid work once Envoy fully reopens.

You will

  • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs to acquire new business across a wide variety of channels, with a focus on paid programs.
  • Scale & optimize paid search, paid social, and other paid online programs.
  • Partner with the PMM and brand design teams to develop and launch awareness campaigns across channels like OOH, podcast/radio, digital and print. 
  • Build a team of paid media marketers to manage our growing portfolio of paid channels and campaigns 
  • Partner with the brand design team on ad creative development and testing 
  • Report regularly on results from paid campaigns, including managing monthly and quarterly targets for volume and efficiency.
  • Partner with the data team to improve reporting and dashboards, including building regular reporting on direct customer acquisition costs (CAC). 
  • Closely monitor conversion rates and optimize campaigns at each stage of the funnel
  • Manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets
  • Partner with our Sales qualification team (BDRs) to ensure lead volume and quality
  • Execute A/B tests, collect and analyze data, and continuously improve campaign performance

You have  

  • 7+ years of demand generation and customer acquisition experience
  • 3+years experience in managing paid media programs on channels like Google, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Experience managing third-party vendors including agencies and contractors
  • Familiarity with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Experience partnering with BDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along the buyer’s journey
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
  • A high degree of self-awareness with highly developed emotional intelligence

  • Passion for trying new things and a strong drive towards solution-oriented problem solving 
  • SaaS/tech industry experience, with a solid understanding of B2B marketing.
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo
