About the role:
The Head of Marketing is the first marketing leadership hire at Parabola! You’ll be responsible for developing and executing on our overall marketing strategy and playbooks working closely with our CEO/Founder and other cross-functional leaders (Sales, Product, and CX). This could include partnering with Product and flexing your product marketing skills through developing new feature launch and expansion plans to partnering with Sales and developing new sales collateral.
We’re looking for someone who has or wants to gain experience leading and growing a team in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where we support each other in hitting our goals. If you’ve always wanted to get in on the ground floor of a B2B SaaS startup and scale the Marketing function and team, this is your chance! You will report directly to the CEO/Founder.
