As the Growth Marketing Director, you’ll grow Vervoe's marketing funnel to hit our ambitious recurring revenue targets.
Vervoe's solution is a category-defining solution. We have built an inbound marketing motion that attracts "high intent" buyers whose problem we clearly solve but aren't always aware of what's possible.
Our product-led and sales-led motions work hand in hand, so you'll need to be familiar and comfortable with both. We solve the same problem for companies of all sizes, regardless of how they choose to buy.
You’ll have ownership over channels like the company’s owned marketing assets including the website, performance marketing and organic search, conversion rate optimization, email and more to acquire and nurture quality leads that drive both product-led and and sales-led revenue.
You’ll work closely with the Product Marketing team and the Global Sales team to design and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition outcomes.
Depending on your preferences, you may also influence or lead the company’s non-technical marketing activities such as brand, customer marketing, ABM and events.
You’re hungry to succeed, you work with a sense of urgency and you’re naturally passionate. You don’t give up until you find the answer and get things working! Ideally you also feel a personal connection with the dislocation in hiring, which is the problem we’re solving.
