Freshpaint is a Customer Data Platform that powers the entire customer data pipeline and integrates all your tools. We make it really easy for technical teams like engineering, data, and even product to collect customer data. Then we make it really easy for business teams like product, marketing, sales, support, and more to access customer data in the tools they use day-to-day roles.
We’re fully remote. If you strongly value in-person work, Freshpaint is likely not the best fit for you. Even though we don’t care where you’re located, we do need employees to work US timezone hours. Many of our team is concentrated in various metro areas like SF or NYC.
To balance out our remote-ness, we gather the team 2-4 times per year for offsites. We’ve been to Greece, Santa Fe, San Francisco, and Anderson Valley in the recent past.

Freshpaint was founded by web analytics veterans who noticed that the problem of collecting customer data and getting it to all the tools you need to run your business was still not solved. We started as part of Y Combinator’s S19 cohort. We launched our MVP in January 2020, and spent the rest of 2020 working with a handful of early customers to build the product. In 2021 we focused on getting our go-to-market wheels turning and scaling our customer base for the first time. We’ve increased ARR by nearly 10x in the last 12 months.

You'll be responsible for generating new inbound pipeline, developing and executing campaigns to engage and convert our core audiences, and driving revenue in our target accounts.
Ensure the company achieves pipeline growth that supports our aggressive sales goals in 2022 and beyond
Define demand gen strategy and execution in support of all GTM campaigns, including product launches, content launches, events, and other demand gen campaigns
Manage and optimize paid ad budget to generate pipeline via paid search, paid social, content syndication, and other channels
Drive pipeline from existing database through the execution of engagement programs and by identifying high intent prospects to surface to sales
Strategize and execute campaigns, engagement and nurturing, advertising, webinars, sales enablement, direct mail, and more.
Utilize Hubspot, Webflow, Customer.io, and other tools
Embed with the sales team to gain a deep understanding of our GTM motion and look for ways to improve it
Own the numbers; know what to measure, instrument those metrics, and socialize results with transparency
3+ years B2B marketing experience creating and executing demand generation programs using a broad range of channels
Demonstrated experience scaling fast growth demand gen engine from a pipeline perspective
Previous ABM experience, implementing campaigns across all channels, AB testing and experimentation
Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms
Experience or familiarity with CRM tools, Webflow, webinar platforms, analytics tools, etc.

$130 - 160k cash compensation. 90/10 comp split and variable compensation is based on team renewal rate.
0.05 - 0.1% equity. We have a 10-year exercise window and we offer everyone early exercise.
