About Us: Frame Fertility is a personalized fertility guide that helps individuals and couples plan ahead for building their family and know their risk factors early to avoid a downstream and often costly fertility crisis.

As the Marketing Director on the Frame team, you will work closely with the CEO, Head of Operations, and leadership team to drive our marketing strategy and tactics. You will be our thought leader on all things marketing, and will help us build out the rest of the team and the partners we work with to execute the strategy. We are looking for folks who are passionate about health and having an impact at an early stage company.

We are a venture-backed digital health company positioned for growth. We are on a mission to help people meet their fertility goals, and are currently looking for a Marketing Director to join our team.

About the Role:

As the Marketing Director you will -

  • Develop and own marketing strategy inclusive of customer segmentation, product market positioning, media channel mix, and content strategy

  • Lead product market research and positioning to validate concepts, create a product feedback loop and test effective messaging strategies

  • Create and build content strategy, execute and iterate content playbook based on product market fit; customize and test into new audiences based on content performance

  • Own our marketing tactics in partnership with other team members and/or vendors as needed

  • Develop our marketing scorecard and OKRs

  • Engage with our Business and Clinical Advisory Board and content experts to develop and promote educational content

  • Partner with our product team on product improvements and engagement strategies

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus

  • Experience leading teams and managing people

  • Thrived in environments where they get to wear a lot of different hats, bias for action, test+iterate mindset, etc.

  • Someone with curiosity and autonomy 

  • 5-10 years of marketing experience, work in digital health / healthcare as well as B2C and B2B2C environments a plus

  • Ideal candidate has experience in product marketing in early stage companies inclusive of product positioning, segmentation, content strategy, etc.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - we’re a startup!
